Submission Guideline

Submissions may take the form of full papers, extended abstracts of at least 1,000 words, or PowerPoint presentations. There are two ways to submit your contribution. Please choose one of the following methods:
1. Online Submission
A Google account is required to complete the online submission. Please submit your contribution through the following link: https://forms.gle/6ygXkHvDpuS9bAMX6
2. Email Submission
Please send your submission to the ACFEA Secretary at asiancfea@gmail.com. The subject line of your email should be:
Submission to the 17th Biennial Conference of ACFEA – [Author’s First Name] [Author’s Last Name]
All submissions should be written and presented in English. However, for review purposes, submissions written and presented in Chinese are also acceptable from scholars from China.
All accepted submissions will be included in the electronic conference proceedings for informal online dissemination. The proceedings will be made available on the ACFEA conference website, www.asiancfea.org.
Full papers and extended abstracts should follow the formatting guidelines provided below.
If a submission is accepted, at least one author must pay the conference registration fee by April 30, 2027, and commit to attending the conference and presenting the paper.
Formatting Guidelines
1. Format for Full Papers and Extended Abstracts
- Cover Page and Abstract
Full paper and extended abstract submissions should begin with a cover page indicating the title of the paper, author(s), institutional affiliation(s), mailing address(es), telephone number(s), and email address(es). Please provide complete information for each author. For full paper submissions, an abstract of no more than 150 words should also be included. - Page Margins
Please use 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins for the top and bottom and 1.25-inch (3.18 cm) margins for the left and right sides.
- Length and Style
Submissions should follow the APA Publication Manual, 5th edition, with particular attention to the formatting of headings and references. The maximum length is 15 single-spaced pages, including tables, figures, charts, and references integrated into the paper. Running headers should not be used. - File Format
Please submit files in a format that can be opened and read using the U.S. version of Microsoft Word. All tables, figures, charts, and other graphics should be embedded in the submitted file.
2. Format for PowerPoint Presentations
There are no specific formatting requirements for PowerPoint (PPT) submissions. Authors may use their preferred presentation format.
3. Criteria for Evaluation
Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated based on the following criteria:
- the importance and relevance of the subject matter;
- the potential contribution to the existing body of knowledge;
- the appropriateness of the research methodology;
- the timeliness and usefulness of the findings (or expected findings);
- the quality of the conclusions and/or theoretical or practical arguments; and
- the adequacy of the interpretation, implications, and discussion.
The Program Chairs will determine the appropriate conference session for each accepted submission based on its topic and content.
